Duane M. Ste Marie

Loreauville " Funeral services will be conducted for Duane M. Ste Marie, 52, on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church Hall with Father Buddy Breaux officiating. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 28, 2013 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and resume on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Monday at 6:00 PM.

A lifelong resident of Loreauville, Duane passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 9:40 PM in a New Iberia hospital. He loved music, food and family.

He is survived by his sister, Muriel J. Dauterive and her husband Les of Madisonville; his brother, Brad Ste Marie and his wife Merrill of New Iberia; his nieces and nephew, Dana Delatte and her husband Mark of Baton Rouge, Lori Sperier and her husband Steve of Covington, Jolie Dauterive and her fiance Alan Grenn of Madisonville, Brandy Bodin and her husband Barkly of New Iberia, Stacy Ste Marie, DDS and his wife Leslie Jacobs, DDS of Lafayette and Robin Bonin and her husband Bobby of Jeanerette.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Ste Marie and Rena Bourque Ste Marie.

Pallbearers will be Les Dauterive, Brad Ste Marie, Stacy Ste Marie and Bobby Bonin.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the ARC of Iberia for all the love and services provided by them and his caregivers, Regina Benoit, Chrissy Mc Kauley, Erica Antoine, Kizzie Orphe, Patricia Jones and Caroline James.
