Jeanerette " Funeral Services will be conducted for Howard W. Simpson, Age 38, at 7:00PM Wednesday October 12, 2011 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Father Hampton Davis officiating. Inurnment will follow at a later date. Visitation will Wednesday from 3:00PM until service time. A Rosary will be prayed at 6:30PM. Born in New Iberia and living in Jeanerette, Howard died Saturday October 8, 2011 at 9:20AM at his residence. He enjoyed country music, board games, gardening, cooking and being with his family. He is survived by his mother, Pat Petitfils Reaux of Jeanerette, a sister, Joleen Reaux of New Iberia, brothers, Jean Demas, Chad, Shane and Mark Reaux all of New Iberia and Larry Reaux, Jr. of Lake Charles, Godchildren, Lexi Reaux, Ali Sisk and Jeremy Jones, his aunt, Royce Landry and husband Russel of Baker, cousins, Roy Petitfils, Danna Savoy, Robbie, Hope, Morgan, Megan and Sara Broussard, Joshua Lasseigne, Max and Ben Petitfils, Lucy, L.J. ,Linda and Ulysse Landry and their families. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard R. Simpson. David Funeral Home, 400 Provost St. Jeanerette, La. (337)276-5151 is in charge of arrangements.
