Faye Romero Grow

New Iberia- Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Dennis Grow, the former, Faye Romero, age 57, on Thursday February 14, 2013 at 2:30PM at David Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. Ed Degeyter officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Family Mausoleum. Visitation will begin Wednesday February 13, 2013 at 3:00PM until 10:00PM with recitation of the Rosary at 7:00PM. Visitation will resume Thursday February 14, 2013 at 8:00AM until service time.

A native of Lafayette and resident of St. Martinville, Mrs. Grow died Sunday February 10, 2013 at 9:20PM at her residence. Faye enjoyed riding motorcycles, cutting grass and listening to swamp pop and country & western music. Granny as she was affectionately known, cherished times spent with her grandchildren, Kacey, Todd and Brayton and her canine companions; Cricket, Lucy and Bubba.

Mrs. Grow is survived by her husband of 36 years, Dennis Grow of St. Martinville; her sons, Todd Grow, Sr. and wife Sheila of St. Martinville and Slade Grow and wife Michelle of Cecilia; sister, Brenda Louviere and husband Russell of Breaux Bridge; her grandchildren, Kacey Grow, Todd Grow, Jr. and Brayton Grow, mother-in-law, Gladys Grow and brother-in-law, Clarence Moreland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Viola Louviere Romero and her sister, Sandra Moreland.

Honorared to serve as pallbearers are Todd Grow, Sr., Slade Grow, Rusty and Terry Louviere, Michael Moreland and Kenneth Babin.
