New Iberia " Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. William J. Crisman, the former Abbie L. Fullerton, 94, on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Ed Downs officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Friday, October 7, 2011 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and resume on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 10:00 AM until services.

A native of Roberline, LA and a resident of New Iberia since 1938, Mrs. Crisman passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 7:45 AM in a New Iberia health care facility. She was a member of First Baptist Church and Navy Mothers Club. She loved and enjoyed her family and church.

She is survived by her sons, James R. Crisman and his wife Mary Ann and William A. Crisman and his wife Patricia all of New Iberia; her daughter, Gail Crisman Mathews and her husband Jim of The Woodlands, TX; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William James Bill Crisman; her parents, Jessie W. and Annie Lee Fullerton and her sister, Jackie Fullerton Winn.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jim Matthews, Tommy Lee, Charles W. Crisman, Gene Crisman, Steve Matthews and Austin Green.
