Erath " Funeral Services for Mr. Burke James Saucier, Jr., 66 will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brad Sons officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Erath on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 beginning at 12: 00PM until 10:00PM. Visitation will resume on Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 8:00AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery. A native of Chataniger, and a resident of Erath, Mr. Saucier passed away at 9:18PM on Monday, May 28, 2012 at a local hospital. Burke was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, son and brother who dearly loved spending time with his family and friends and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Landry Saucier of Erath; sons, Burke James Saucier, III and his wife Sandy Saucier and Clint Michael Saucier and his wife Claire Morgan of Erath; mother, Joyce Fontenot Saucier of Franklin; brother, Ricky Saucier and his wife Mary of Franklin; Shayd Saucier, Burke B.J. Saucier IV, Raven Saucier, Jolie Saucier; and l great grandchild Jax Smith.

He was preceded in death by his father Burke James Saucier, Sr.; and sister Leeanna Saucier.

Serving as pallbearers will be Shayd Saucier, Burke B.J. Saucier, IV, Tony LeBlanc, Carl Landry, John Punch Roy, and Lionel Fontenot.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Albert Landry, Jr., and Ricky Faust.
