Ella Mae L. Leblanc

Visitation will be on Monday, March 26, 2012 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 6:30 PM.

A native and resident of New Iberia, Mrs. LeBlanc died on Friday, March 23, 2012 at 3:44 PM in a New Iberia hospital. She was a caregiver to many foster children and the elderly. She enjoyed cooking and caring for her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Girard and her husband Clayton of New Iberia; her sons, Tommy LeBlanc and his companion Sherry Puckett, Dickie LeBlanc and his wife Dianne, Allen LeBlanc and his wife Brenda, Timmy LeBlanc and his companion Bernice, Kernie LeBlanc and his wife Donna all of New Iberia and Harry LeBlanc and his wife Vicki of Coteau and her sister, Bertha Guillotte of Loreauville. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 8 step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wade LeBlanc and Ella Price LeBlanc; the father of her children, Thomas LeBlanc and two grandchildren, Joey LeBlanc and Jenna Girard.

Pallbearers will be Tommy LeBlanc, Dickie LeBlanc, Harry LeBlanc, Allen LeBlanc, Timmy LeBlanc and Kernie LeBlanc.

The family would like to thank Dr. Carl Ditch and Iberia Extended Care Hospital and Staff.
