New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Elveria Eve Hebert Aucoin, Age 45, at 11:00AM Tuesday June 26, 2012 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Father Ed Degeyter officiating. Visitation will be Monday June 25, 2012 from 2:00PM until 9:00PM with a Rosary being prayed at 7:00PM. Visitation will resume Tuesday from 8:00AM until service time. A native and resident of Coteau, Mrs. Aucoin died Thursday June 21, 2012. Mrs. Aucoin was a graduate of New Iberia Senior High class of 1987. She had a love for gardening and a passion for all animals, especially her four daschunds who she considered her babies. She was an avid reader with a love for knowledge. Eve was a caring and gentle soul who helped all who she came into contact with. She is survived by her husband, Phil Aucoin of New Iberia, daughter, Hannah Aucoin and fianc Zane Romero of New Iberia, five sisters, Lydia Wycoff and husband Bill of West Virginia, Genevieve Boudoin and husband David of St. Martinville, Dolores Stoltz of New Iberia, Lorraine Noel and fianc Webb Chevelon of Loreauville and Liz Delcambre and husband Jody of Loreauville, two step sisters, Catherine and Odette Hebert, three brothers, Raymond Gaspard and Dallas Hebert both of New Iberia, Brian Hebert and wife Pam of Youngsville, one step brother, David Hebert, her step father Odell Shorty Willis, mother in law, Judy Bourque and father in law Danny Bourque, Sr. of Coteau, father in law Eberly Donald Aucoin, Sr. of Forked Island, three brothers in law, J.R. Aucoin and wife Geri of Coteau, Allen Aucoin Sr. and wife Cindy and Danny Bourque, Jr. and fianc Mary Meaux all of New Iberia, sisters in law, Kathy Schleuter and husband Chad of Coteau and Angela Stansbury and husband Chad of Youngsville, five God Children, Nicole Aydell, Brandon Aucoin, Kelsey Hebert, Megan Hebert and Sarah Leiser, her birthday babies, niece, Courteney Aucoin and nephew, Kasey Delcambre, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, a very special young friend, Cody Miguez and two very special women who she considered her sisters, Cindy Aucoin and Connie Landry. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Gaspard Hebert, her father George Hebert, Jr., a sister, Jennifer Bonin, two step brothers, Herman and George Hebert III, a nephew, Allen Aucoin, Jr. and her Godchild, Ronald Noel.
