New Iberia " Funeral services will be conducted for Anthony Trammell, 49, on Monday, September 26, 2011 at 1:00 PM in the David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Denton officiating. Entombment will follow in Holy Family Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Sunday, September 25, 2011 from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM and resume on Monday, September 26, 2011 at 8:00 AM until services. A native of New Orleans and a resident of New Iberia, Mr. Trammell passed away on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 9:42 AM at his residence. He was the owner and operator of Anthonys Lawn Care Service. He loved fishing, froging, hunting and the outdoors. He especially loved his family. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Ray Trammell of New Iberia; his mother, Peggy Merritt Trammell of New Iberia; his sons, Seth Trammell and his girlfriend Dalerae Frederick of Opelousas and Micka LeBlanc of Charenton; his daughters, Shana and Shelly Trammell both of New Iberia and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Buddy Ray Trammell and his sister, Shelia Theriot. Pallbearers will be Seth Trammell, Micka LeBlanc, Wayne Ray, Preston Ray, Andy Savin, Todd Benoit, David Crochet and Lon Viator. Honorary pallbearers will be Seth Trammell, Jr. and Bryant LeBlanc.
