Youngsville " Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Ernest Gallet, the former Euella Vincent, 90,known to everyone as YA-YA on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 11:00 AM at St. Anne Catholic Church with Father Bill Melancon officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday January 30, 2013 from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a Rosary recited at 7:00 PM. Visitation will resume Thursday at 8:00 AM until time of services. Interment will follow at St. Anne Mausoleum. A native and lifelong resident of Youngsville Mrs. Gallet passed away Monday January 28, 2013 at Lafayette General Medical Center. She was a member of St. Annes Altar Society Survivors include her daughter Joyce Hamilton and her husband Gene of Youngsville; her sons Glenn Gallet and his wife Linda of Breaux Bridge, J.C. Gallet and his wife Kathy of Youngsville, Philip Gallet of Youngsville, and Blake Gallet and his wife Lynn of Carencro. Mrs. Gallet is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nineteen great- grandchildren. Mrs. Gallet was preceded in death by her husband; Ernest Gallet, parents; Robert and Zulma Sellers Vincent, three brothers; Lawless Chin Vincent, Dalton Dolly Vincent and Adrian Boone Vincent, sister; Rosa Lachaussea and her great-granddaughter; Brittany Hamilton. Serving as pallbearers will be; Gene Hamilton, Glenn Gallet, J.C. Gallet, Philip Gallet, Blake Gallet and Chester Vincent. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
