She shared her testimony with all who might have needed her powerful message in faith. Marcy will be remembered for her kind ministering spirit and her personal story of hope, faith, and strength. After battling cancer three times our mother went to join with the Lord cancer free. We would like to personally thank all who contributed to Marcelias recovery and wellness, and especially Ms. Sheila Derise, for her unconditional love, compassion and friendship to our dear mother during recovery. The family would like to request that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Miles Perret Cancer Services or Hospice of Acadiana.
