Loreauville " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Hubert Richard the former Lilly Mae Bourque, Age 93, at 11:00AM Friday July 6, 2012 at St. Josephs Catholic Church with Father Buddy Breaux officiating. Interment will follow at St. Josephs Mausoleum. Visitation will be Thursday July 5, 2012 from 4:00PM until 9:00PM with a Rosary being prayed at 7:00PM. Visitation will resume Friday from 8:00AM until service time. A native and lifelong resident of Iberia Parish, Mrs. Richard died Wednesday July 4, 2012 at 8:13AM at her residence in Loreauville. She enjoyed cooking and caring for her family. Survivors include her children, Arthur Richard Sr. and wife Rachel of Nederland, Texas, Barbara Eldridge and Rebecca Edler and husband Tim all of Loreauville, one brother, Godfrey Bourque and wife Goldie of St. Martinville, grandchildren, Jamie Romero, James Richard, Jr., Arthur Richard II, Brent Richard, Christine E. Morgan, Troy Eldridge, Spaine Edler, Shanie Edler Decuir, Brooke Edler, Blake Edler and Dustin Edler, 19 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Richard, a son, James Boo Richard Sr., parents, Marcel and Emma Hebert Bourque, two brothers, Junius and Warren Bourque and 4 sisters, Lillian Kenner, Joyce LeBlanc, Mildred Richard and Nellie Mae Lasseigne. Pallbearers will be Troy Eldridge, Art, Brent and James Richard, Spaine, Blake and Dustin Edler. An Honorary pallbearer is her brother, Godfrey Bourque.
