Amy Boudreaux Landry

July 30, 1919 — August 9, 2012

Jeanerette- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Mrs. Willie Landry, the former Amy Boudreaux, age 93, on Saturday August 11, 2012 at 10:30AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Father Jody Simoneaux as the officiant. Visitation will begin on Friday August 10, 2012 at 4:30PM until 9:30PM with a recitation of the rosary at 6:30PM. Visitation will continue Saturday August 11, 2012 from 8:00AM until service time. Interment will be at St. Johns Mausoleum.

Mrs. Landry was a valued member of the Catholic Daughters at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her daughters, Jeannie Roseberry and husband John of Broussard, and Elizabeth Price and husband Earl Sr. of Loreauville; sons, Anthony Landry and wife Linda of Gonzales, and Willie Paul Landry and wife Susan of Mabank, Tx.; Brother, Doyle Landry of Gretna; sister, Shirley Smith of Franklin; eleven grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Willie Landry; Son, Michael Landry; and siblings, Floyd Boudreaux, Lloyd Boudreaux, Gertrude Boudreaux, Donald Boudreaux, and Ruby Couvillier.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Earl Price Jr., John Mark Roseberry, Bryan Roseberry, Aarron Graham, Chris Sawvel, and Lonnie LaCombe.
