Loreauville " Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Irvin Breaux, the former Mildred Millie Broussard, 81, on Friday, August 10, 2012 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church Hall with Father Ed Degeyter officiating. Readers for the service will be Brandi Landry and Renee Hoffpauir and the Gift Bearers will be Ariel LeBlanc, Emma Hoffpauir, Saydi Landry and Elise Mestayer. Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Friday, August 10, 2012 at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Thursday at 7:00 PM. A native and resident of Loreauville, Mrs. Breaux died on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM in a New Iberia hospital. She was a nurse and an Iberia Parish School Board Bus Drive for 10 years. She loved playing cards with family and friends and going to the casino. She loved spending time at Camp Green Acres on Six Mile Lake. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Irvin Felix Breaux; her daughter, Vinetta Hoffpauir and her husband Donald; her grandchildren, Benjamin Hoffpauir and his wife Renee, Brandi Landry and her husband Ryan and Dusty Hoffpauir; her great grandchildren, Ariel LeBlanc and her husband Brad, Drake Hoffpauir, Emma Hoffpauir and Saydi Landry all of Loreauville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Bessie Bourgeois Broussard and her brother, Vincent Broussard. The family would like to express their thanks to her caregivers, Sylvia Green, Roz Dartez and Leola Celestine and special thanks to Dr. Sigue, Dr. LaHasky and Nancy Schneider. Pallbearers will be Donald Hoffpauir, Benjamin Hoffpauir, Dusty Hoffpauir, Ryan Landry, Drake Hoffpauir and Brad LeBlanc.
