Visitation will be on Sunday, December 18, 2011 from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM and resume on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 9:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Sunday at 7:00 PM
A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Randazzo passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 4:45 PM at his residence. His co-workers knew him as Tony and to his family members as Daddy , Dad , Brother , Uncle J and AJ . He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, he participated in the choir, was an instructor in RICA and served as a Eucharistic Minister. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowling. He also enjoyed cooking, especially Italian dishes.
He worked as a Wireline Consultant for Otis Engineering, Klinedeco, Schlumberger and Wood Group. He also owned and operated Torita Pressure, Inc..
He received an Honorable Discharge from the Louisiana National Guard and served with Company G 156 Infantry. He also received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Mae Dupre Randazzo of New Iberia; his sons, Keith Paul Randazzo and his wife Peggy, Kerry James Randazzo all of New Iberia and Vic Arthur Randazzo of Erath; his daughters, Karla Katherine Randazzo and her husband Frank of New Iberia and Kandy Lee Ann Broussard and her husband Mark of Milton; his sister, Rosemary Segura of New Iberia; 21 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vick and Mary Gulotta Randazzo and his sister, Lena Mae Sweeny.
Pallbearers will be Mario Randazzo, Jeremy Randazzo, Charles Hunter, Michael Hunter, Ryan Suire and Travis Randazzo.
Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Randazzo, Kerry Randazzo, Vic Randazzo, Frank Randazzo, II, and Mark Broussard.
