Erath " A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Javis LeBlanc, the former Mabel Viator, 82, will be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Rev. Bill Melancon officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Erath on Monday, December 26, 2011 from 3:00PM until 9:00PM with a recitation of the rosary at 7:00PM. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 8:00AM until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Mausoleum A native and resident of Erath, Mrs. LeBlanc passed away on Friday, December 23, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. LeBlanc was known for working at several of the local department store in Erath; her love for her grandchildren, Megan and Thomas; playing with her great grandchild, Owen; and her enjoyment in doing seamstress work. She was also a member of the Catholic Daughters. She is survived by her daughter, Myra LeBlanc and her husband E. Tommy LeBlanc of Erath; two grandchildren, Thomas LeBlanc and Megan Landry and her husband Ryan Landry; a great grandchild, Owen Landry; and a sister, Lillie Belle Touchet. She was preceded in death by her husband, Javis LeBlanc, her parents, Joseph and Edith Richard Viator; three brothers, C.D. Viator, Aldes Viator, and Afray Viator; and four sisters, Alice Menard, Lucille Toups, Lilly Mae Guidry, and Nilda Hebert. Serving as pallbearers will be Thomas LeBlanc, Ryan Landry, Gary Landry, Donald Menard, Brennon LeBlanc, and Kenneth Touchet. David Funeral Home of Erath, 209 E.
