Trenton Paul Romero

Visitation will be on Monday, April 9, 2012 at David Funeral Home in New Iberia from 2:30 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 8:00 AM until time of services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Monday at 7:00 PM.

A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Romero died on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 1:45 AM in a New Iberia hospital. He was formerly an air conditioning and heating technician with Tims Air Conditioning and Perez Air Conditioning. He loved fishing, shooting pool and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Gayle Cutrera Romero of New Iberia; his son, Devin Romero of New Iberia; his sister, Candice R. Norris and her husband Lynn H. of Stillwater, OK and his nieces, nephews and godchildren whom he adored, Kilynn Norris, Kaytlyn Norris, Alissa Norris, Brendon Norris, Jadon Norris, Joshua Norris, Keirstynn Romero-Willie, Kandiss Romero and Brett Romero.

He was preceded in death by his father, Murphy I. Romero; his brother, Brett Romero; his maternal grandfather, Lucien Cutrera; his maternal grandmother, Lily Barrilleaux Cutrera; his paternal grandfather, Edward Romero and his paternal grandmother, Addie Benoit Romero.

Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
