New Iberia " Funeral services will be conducted for Myrtle Romero Perez, 80, on Saturday July 14, 2012 at 2:00 PM on the David Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Drew Rousse, Bishop and Dr. Wanda Rousse, Senior Pastor officiating. Entombment will follow in Holy Family Mausoleum.

Visitation will be on Saturday, July 14, 2012 from 9:00 AM until service. A native and resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Perez died Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 4:55 PM in a New Iberia Health Care Facility. She was owner of Myrtle Perez Accounting Firm and owner of Carls Employment Service.

She is survived by her son, Carl Breaux and his wife Ella of New Iberia; brother Leonce Romero, Jr. of Carencro; Grandchildren, Michael Breaux and his wife Erica of Youngsville, Geraldine Lasseigne and her husband Rouley of Henry; Great Grandchildren, Gracie Breaux, Hayden Ormston, Joshua Matt, Jonathon Matt, Britney Lasseigne.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonce and Eunice Deslatte Romero; Sister, Sally Ann Romero Delahoussaye.

Pallbearers will be Carl Breaux, L J Romero, Rouley Lasseigne, Michael Breaux, Joshua Matt, Jonathon Matt.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Ronald Romero
