A native of Milton and a current resident of Meaux, Mrs. LeBlanc died on Friday, January 29, 2011 at 6:10AM at Pelican Pointe Rehabilitation Center, Maurice.
Hazel is survived by two sons and three daughters; Richard LeBlanc and wife Brunell of Richland, MO, Geraldine LeBlanc Hoover and husband Robert of Lake Charles, LA, John Allen LeBlanc and wife Jo Ann of St. Martinville, LA, Tammy Lynn LeBlanc Lavergne and husband Harry of Breaux Bridge, LA and Kathy Ann LeBlanc Castro and husband Robert of Meaux, LA, along with six grandsons, four granddaughters, six great grandsons, seven great- granddaughters, and also many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. LeBlanc was preceded in death by her parents, Galbert and Angelic Whittington Bourque, four brothers Irby, Wilbert, Raywood, Harvey, and Ashby Bourque all of the Milton area, one sister, Dorothy Bourque Charpentier of Franklin, LA, one granddaughter Janet Hoover of Lake Charles, LA, and her former husband John Le Blanc of New Iberia.
Pallbearers will be Michael James LeBlanc, Brian Miller, Roman Castro, Kevin Hoover, Clayton Bourque and Calvin Bourque.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Sterling Charpentier III, Ashby Charpentier, John Bourque, Maximillian Bourque, Irvin Bourque, Glenn Bourque and Wade Bourque.
Mrs. LeBlancs family would like to express heartfelt thanks to Heart of Hospice and the entire staff of Pelican Point Rehabilitation Center for the care and attention shown to them and their Mother during their time of need.
