Lafayette- Funeral services for Robert Ryan Nowell, 20, will be held on Thursday March 1, 2012 at 1:00PM at David Funeral Home of Lafayette, LA with Brother Kenny Talbot, Jr. , Sr. Pastor of New Beginning Fellowship Church of Breaux Bridge officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 29, 2012 from 8:00AM until 10:00PM and will resume on Thursday March 1, 2012 at 8:00AM until just prior to service time. Interment will follow services in Migues Cemetery in Delcambre, LA. A resident of Lafayette, LA, Robert passed away on Saturday February 25, 2012 at the LSU Shreveport Medical Center. He is survived by his mother, Tess Robicheaux Nowell of Lafayette, LA; sister, Brandi Nowell Guidry; foster brother, George Fredrick, Jr.; half-brothers, Joshua Pothier and Jeremy Comeaux all of Lafayette, LA; maternal grandmother, Elaine Picard Morris of Franklin, LA; maternal grandfather, Ronald J. Robicheaux of Harrison, AR; niece, Sheila Guidry; nephew, Brendan Guidry both of Lafayette, LA; girlfriend, Brooklyn Arceneaux of Youngsville, LA; godchild, Karlie Touchet of Erath, LA; godmother, Tana Robicheaux Bonin of Lafayette, LA and his godfather, Michael W. Nowell of Breaux Bridge, LA. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Robbo Earl Nowell; paternal grandmother, Cecile Audrey David Hebert and his paternal grandfather, Mcllwain Nowell.
