Youngsville " A Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Jesse James Vallot, 72 will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at St. Anne Catholic Church with Fr. Jason Mouton officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 8:00AM until 9:00PM with a recitation of the rosary at 7:00PM. Visitation will resume on Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 8:00AM until the time of the services. Interment will follow at St. Anne Mausoleum. Jesse was involved with various associations, he was a past Youngsville City Councilman, Past Grande Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council 6057, and he also hosted the Annual K.C. Christmas Party for Handicapped Children, he was the former owner of Jesses Supermarket in Youngsville, Jesse was also Chairman of the Alleman Center Cafeteria Fund. Jesse was survived by his wife Betty Menard Vallot of fifty-three years, Mr. Vallot was also survived by his son, Cain Vallot of Youngsville, LA; three daughters, Rhonda Vallot of Youngsville LA, Leslie Vallot Bonin and her husband Jim Bonin of Youngsville, LA; and Nechole Vallot Houston, and her husband John Houston of Hickory, NC. He was also survived by eleven grandchildren; Rachelle Falcon, Ronnie Krieg, Rhae Lynn Krieg, Beau Vallot, Skye Helms, John C. Houston, Jesse W. Houston, Larry J. Bonin, III., Joshua Bonin, Mazie Bonin and Jake Bonin; three great grandchildren, Raini Falcon, Briston Falcon and Blaize Falcon, two brothers; Curley Vallot of Parks, LA and Russell Vallot of Youngsville, LA and one sister; Betty Pritchett of Greenville, SC. He was preceded in death by his parents; Mazie Menard Vallot and Curley Vallot, Sr. Serving as pallbearers will be; Beau Vallot, Ronnie Krieg, B.J. Falcon, Bryson Burley, John Houston, Jr. and Jesse Wilhelm Houston. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be; John Houston, Randy Braneff, Jim Bonin, David Foster, LJ Bonin, Joshua Bonin, Jake Bonin, Henry Cormier, Briston Falcon and Tony Krieg. The family would like to offer a special thanks to Oncologist Dr. Karen Rhoden and Hospice of Acadiana for their loving care of our dearly beloved husband and father.
