Scott Joseph Davidson

December 15, 1968 — March 28, 2013

God opened his arms to Scott on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana surrounded by cherished members of his family. The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to everyone who prayed for him and us during our long ordeal. He is at peace now. A memorial will be held Monday, April 1, 2013 at David Funeral Home in Lafayette, Louisiana. Visitation will be from 3:00PM until 9:00PM on Monday, with a recitation of the Rosary at 6:30PM, and will resume on Tuesday, at 10:00AM until service. Father Louis Richard will conduct funeral services at Sacred Heart of Jesus in Broussard, Louisiana on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 2:00PM. Interment will be at Sacred Heart Mausoleum. A gathering will take place at the Parish Life Center afterwards. God gave him to us on December 15, 1968. He lived in Houston, Texas and Berwick, Louisiana. He was a graduate of Comeaux High School and USL of Lafayette. He was employed as a National Buyer for Aggreko, LLC. Scott was the beloved son of Jackie and Steve Davidson. He will be missed by all of his friends and family. We thank God for the forty-four years he gave us. Every one of them was cherished. He will never be forgotten.
