Jeanerette- Memorial Services for Robert Herbert Trimble, age 59, will be held at a later date. Bobby-T as he was affectionately known passed away on Thursday October 11, 2012 at 10:15PM at a local healthcare facility. Bobby owned and operated Bobby Trimble Welding Service, in his spare time he enjoyed singing and writing music and restoring old cars and especially loved working on his 1963 Corvette Stingray. He was the founder of Acadiana 24 Hour Cry, an organization for helping missing and abused children. Bobby-T was a loving brother, uncle and great uncle and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his brothers, William Bill Trimble and wife Dorothy of Coteau Holmes, and David Trimble; sisters, Lillian Bonin of Coteau Holmes, Shirley LeBlanc of Jeanerette, and Nancy Trimble of Jeanerette; sister-in-law, Patricia Trimble of Coteau; nephews, Brian Trimble, who was like a son to Bobby, and wife Eve of Opelousas, Mark Trimble and wife Laurie of Breaux Bridge, Wally Bonin of Coteau Holmes, Don LeBlanc II of Sorrel, Johnny Trimble and wife Dawn of Coteau Holmes, Billy Trimble and wife Tammy of St. Martinville, Mitchell Charpentier and girlfriend Crystal of Jeanerette, Adam Charpentier Jr. of Jeanerette, Berwick Charpentier of New Iberia, Chris Charpentier of Jeanerette, and Dusty Charpentier of Jeanerette; nieces, Angela Trimble Breaux and husband Toby of Coteau, Roxie Trimble Prioux and husband Lacy of Loreauville, Laurie Warf and husband Brad of Catahoula, Jaime Landry and husband Bobby of St. Martinville, Michelle LeBlanc of Jeanerette, Phyllis White and husband Kenny of Breaux Bridge, Janice Berard and husband David of Coteau Holmes, Daisy Trimble of St. Martinville, Angel Charpentier and boyfriend Brandon, Rachael Charpentier and husband Tommy of Jeanerette, Monique Owens and husband Hilton of Jeanerette, Dawn Charpentier and fiance Arthur Landry of Jeanerette, and Misty Charpentier of Jeanerette; 41 grand nieces and nephews; 4 great grand nieces and nephews; and his beloved four legged companion Skye .
He is preceded in death by his parents Johnny Trimble and Lillian Ester Caroline Zell Trimble; and one brother John Johnny Boy Trimble.
