Kelly Joseph Louviere

Loreauville- A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for Kelly J. Louviere, age 70, Tuesday February 19, 2013 at 11:00AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Buddy Breaux officitating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will begin Monday February 18, 2013 at 3:00PM until 10:00PM with recitation of the Rosary at 7:00PM lead by the Knights of Columbus Council 4676. Visitation will resume Tuesday February 19, 2013 at 8:00AM until service time.

A native and resident of Loreauville, Mr. Louviere died Saturday February 16, 2013 at 10:50PM in a local hospital. Kelly worked at State Bank for 17 years and retired with Regions Bank after 45 years of service. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 4676.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mary Thibodeaux Louviere, of Loreauville; his daughter, Marcy Chastant and husband Billy of Loreauville; his son, Kacy Louviere and wife Gabrielle of Jeanerette; his grandchildren, Dustin, Landon and Baylor Chastant, Daniel Rousseau and wife Kristen, Matthew Louviere and wife Amber, Lillian Albert and husband Ben, Alex Louviere and Laura Seidelman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louise Abel Louviere and Marie Rose Dugas Louviere and his sister, Maudry Barras.

Honored to serve pallbearers are Dustin and Landon Chastant, Daniel Rousseau, Alex Louviere, Buck Barras and Jace Beihl.
