Nancy Carol Burbank

New Iberia- Funeral Services for Mrs. William Burbank Sr., the former Nancy Carol White, age 78, will be held on Friday March 15, 2013 at David Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00am with Reverend James Tate to serve as the Celebrant. Interment will follow at Memorial Park. Visitation will begin on Thursday March 14, 2013 at 4:00pm and conclude at 9:00pm. Visitation will resume on Friday at 8:00am until service time.

A native of Harlingen, Tx. and resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Burbank was retired after working many years as a Product Demonstrator. She enjoyed painting, and being an exercise instructor for The Stretchers , an elderly exercise group. Mrs. Burbank passed away on Tuesday March 12, 2013 at 12:10pm at her daughters residence in St. Martinville.

Survivors include sons, William Burbank Jr. and wife Barbara of Decatur, Ga., Frank Burbank of Lafayette; daughters, Christy Goulas and husband Harold of St. Martinville, Vicky Patout and husband Edmund of St. Martinville, Carol Burbank of Ruston; grandchildren, Mike Begnaud and wife Susan of New Iberia, Penny Burbank of California, Holly Murphy of Ruston, Lauren Savant of Kinder, Luke Burbank of Lafayette, Derrick Burbank of Lafayette; seven great grandchildren; brothers, John White, Earl White, Gerry White, Robert White; and sister, Faye Russel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Burbank Sr.; parents, Homer and Ola Griffin White; and one sister, Betty Carol Roberts.

Serving as pallbearers will be Mike Begnaud, Luke Burbank, Derrick Burbank, John Knox, Edmund Patout, and Harold Goulas.

Honorary pallbearer will be Cohen Begnaud.
