Abbeville " Funeral Services for Mrs. James R. Peck the former Gloria Hebert, 62, will be held at 12:00PM on Friday, March 15, 2013 at David Funeral Home Chapel of Abbeville with Fr. Kenneth Mayne officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Friday, March 15, 2013 from 9:00AM until the time of the services. Interment will be held at a later date. A native of Kaplan and a resident of Abbeville Mrs. Peck died at 4:20AM on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at her residence. She was known for her enjoyment of doing crossword puzzles, playing cards, and shopping. She is survived by her husband, James R. Peck of Abbeville; four sons, Cori Nugier of Abbeville, Brady Nugier of Belle River, Ryan Nugier, and Scott Nugier of Abbeville; three sisters, Verna Champagne of Youngsville, Juanita Hebert of Lafayette, and Uella Bufford of Kaplan; and fifteen grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Odette Landry Hebert; and a brother, Charles Breaux.
