Loreauville " Funeral services will be conducted for Deborah Debbie Broussard, 56, on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church Hall with Father Buddy Breaux officiating. Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Monday, November 5, 2012 from 5:30 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 9:00 AM until services. A native of Loreauville and a resident of St. Martinville, Ms. Broussard died on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 12:25 PM at her residence. She was a retired social worker. She was an Artist and assisted in the rejuvenation of the Grotto on Main St. in New Iberia. She also loved to shop. She is survived by her sons, Joshua Perkins and his wife Heidi and Kalem Perkins all of New Iberia; her daughter, Raven Perkins of Lafayette; her brother Tony Broussard and his wife Aggie of Loreauville; her grandchildren, Kaylee and Zoe Perkins both of New Iberia; her loving aunt, Gercie Faucheux of St. Martinville and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Broussard, Sr. and Pearly Prioux Broussard; her sister, Kathy Broussard Desormeaux; her brother, Harold Boo Broussard, Jr.; her paternal grandparents, Anthony Tony and Odette Broussard and her maternal grandparents, Maurice and Alice Prioux. Pallbearers will be Kalem Perkins, Joshua Perkins, Tony Broussard, John Desormeaux, Anthony Broussard, Jr. and Randy Berard. Honorary pallbearers will be Kaylee and Zoe Perkins.
