Jeanerette " Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Eugene Guillotte the former Mildred Barrilleaux, age 99, on Monday, January 14, 2013, at 10:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Fr. Henry Broussard officiating. Burial will follow in Beau Pre Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, January 13, 2013, form 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Monday, January 14, 2013, at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 5:00 PM. A native and resident of Jeanerette, Mrs. Guillotte died Friday, January 11, 2012, at 4:45 PM in a New Iberia health care facility. Mrs. Guillotte loved quilting, playing Pokeno and other card games. She is survived by her son, Terry Guillotte and his wife Rosalind of Jeanerette; sister; Martha Gardner of Franklin; grandchildren, Pierre H. Larroque, Madeleine L. Farmer and her husband James, Cecile L. Robin and her husband Kirk, Jeannine L. Farmer and her husband Dwight, Anatole Larroque and his wife Jennifer, Jean Larroque and his wife Deidre, Emilie L. Muffoletto and her husband Riley, Shantel Verret and her husband Ricky, Ted Guillotte, Desiree and her husband Drapeau, Raquel Collins and her husband Kempton; 26 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Guillotte; parents, Clairfay and Ophelia Barrilleaux; daughter, Geraldine G. Larroque; son- in-law, Pierre L. Larroque and brother, Melvin Barrilleaux. Pallbearers will be her great grandsons. David Funeral Home of Jeanerette, 400 Provost St. (337) 276-5151 is in charge of arrangements.
