Lafayette- Funeral services for Ms. Blooma Cohen, 87, will be held at 3:30PM on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at David Funeral Home of Lafayette, LA. MS. Emilia J. Bellone, Corresponding Secretary, Bahais of Lafayette will officiate the ceremony. Visitation will begin at 11:30AM on Wednesday until just prior to service time at the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral service at Calvary Cemetery. Ms. Cohen passed away on Saturday March 23, 2013 at Camelot of Broussard. She is survived by her daughter, Jill Riser of Northern California; granddaughter, Tani Rawlings and her significant other Eddie Curnan of Lafayette, LA; grandsons, Miki Murzi of Santa Cruz, CA and Miles Murzi of Tucson, AZ; and three great-grandchildren, Lacey Swortzel of Baton Rouge, LA, Brandon Rawlings of Lafayette, LA and Bailey Rawlings also of Lafayette, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Sylvia Korff Cohen and her son Jack Cohen. David Funeral Home of Lafayette, LA, (337) 837-9887,316 Youngsville Hwy.
