Roy Antoine Flores

New Iberia- Funeral services will be conducted for Mr. Roy Antoine Flores, age 70, on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Nativity of Our Lady Catholic Church with Fr. Edward Duhon officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Family Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, from 12:00 PM until 10:00 PM and resume on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Wednesday at 6:30 PM.

A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Flores died Monday April 22, 2013 at 7:55pm at his residence.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Johnson Flores of New Iberia; his son, Damian Flores and wife Jennifer of Broussard; his daughters, Deidre Flores of New Iberia and Ranna F. Duplechin and husband James of Leonville and his granddaughter, Hanna Duplechin of Leonville.

Mr. Flores was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Alida Hulin Flores, brothers, Elmo, Leroy and Ulgier Flores and sisters, Gloria Dupuy and Bertha Johnson.

Serving as pallbearers will be James Duplechin, Damian Flores, Bo Viator, Percy Johnson, Gabriel Johnson and Murphy Reaux.
