Loretta Louviere

October 3, 1937 — April 24, 2013

Jeanerette- Funeral services will be conducted for Loretta Verret Louviere, age 75, on Friday April 26, 2013 at 10:00am at David Funeral Home Chapel in Jeanerette with Fr. Jody Simoneaux officiating. Interment will follow in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery. Visitation will begin Thursday April 25, 2013 at 5:00pm until 9:00pm and will resume Friday April 26, 2013 at 8:00am until service time.

A native of Jeanerette and resident of Baton Rouge, Ms. Louviere died Wednesday April 24, 2013 at 6:15am at Belle Teche Nursing Home. Loretta retired from Billy Heroman Florist in Baton Rouge after 24 dedicated years of employment; she enjoyed dancing and was an avid LSU fan.

She is survived by her sister, Louella Parlow and husband Morgan of New Iberia; nephews, Scott Parlow of New Iberia and Darrel Gordon and wife Teresa of Lafayette; great nieces, Rebekah Franklin and husband Adam of Broussard; Kimberly Bennett and husband Bryan of Baton Rouge and Gabrielle Gordon of Lafayette.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, Alpha Verret and Anastasia Rodriguez Verret.

Family and friends of Ms. Louviere are honored to serve as pallbearers.
