Harold "Jimmy" Eldridge

Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Tuesday at 6:30 PM.

A native and resident of Loreauville, Mr. Eldridge passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 6:40 AM at his residence. He was a welder / fitter. An avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing and grass cutting. Mr. Eldridge especially loved his children and grandchildren and he was known to them as Pop and Jim Bob .

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Mitzi Tauzin Eldridge; his son, Brant Eldridge; his daughter, Alix Eldridge; his grandchildren, Bralyn Shea Eldridge, Talon John Paul Eldridge and Alyce Clair Eldridge; his brother, Tasey Eldridge and his sister-in-laws, Bonnie and Becky Eldridge all of Loreauville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Millard and Laurence Lokey Prince Eldridge; his daughter, Clair Marie Eldridge and his brothers, Barry, Tommy and Mike Eldridge.

Pallbearers will be Gregory Chastant, Perry Judice, Blaine Hotard, Dean Schaubert, Brant Eldridge and Dave Guidry.

Honorary pallbearers will be Rod Broussard, Craig Lanza, Curt Tauzin, Thomas Broussard, Sandy Eldridge, Bannon Eldridge, Tim Viceand Bryce Reed.
