Memorial Services for Ethelyn Fuselier Caldwell, 90, will be held at a later date. A native of Jeff Davis Parish and a resident of Lafayette Mrs. Caldwell died at 7:55AM at River Oak Retirement Manor on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Mrs. Caldwell served as the Secretary / Treasurer of Jeff Davis Parish Police Jury for over fifty years. She is survived by her three daughters, Michael Lynne Caldwell, Mary Lou Boudreaux and her husband Francis, and Sandra Miller and her husband Minos ?Dusty?; two sons Gary Lee Caldwell and his wife Ellie, and Brian Wood Caldwell and his wife Karen; nine grandchildren Honelle Pearson, Michael Boudreaux, Dr. Matthew Boudreaux, Catherine Furs, Aaron Caldwell, Kathleen Caldwell, Rachael Caldwell, Sarah Rose Miller, and Colin Blake Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents Marius and Amelia Brownson Fuselier Sr.; her brother Marius Fuselier Jr.; and her sister Jo Anne Montz. The family would also like to add a special thanks to her good friend Pat Woods. David Funeral Home of Lafayette at 316 Youngsville Hwy (337)837-9887 will be handling the arrangements.
