Jeanerette- A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for Donald J. T-Don St. Germain, age 83, Friday May 17, 2013 at 11:00am at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Fr. Jody Simoneaux officiating; Deacon Jerry Bourg and Deacon Clinton Thomas will serve as co-celebrants. Vocalist will be Bobby Muffoletto accompanied by organist Karen Guidry. Military Graveside Honors will follow in Holy Family Mausoleum-New Iberia. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home- Jeanerette on Thursday May 16, 2013 from 3:00pm until 10:00pm with recitation of the Rosary at 7:00PM. Visitation will resume Friday May 17, 2013 from 8:00am until service time.

A native and lifelong resident of Jeanerette, Mr. St. Germain died Wednesday May 15, 2013 at 1:30am at Iberia Medical Center following a brief illness. " T-Don" served in the United States Marine Corps and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He retired from Exxon Mobil as a construction supervisor after 32 years of dedicated employment. His hobbies included dancing, cooking and tending to his vegetable and flower gardens. "T-Don" was an avid and exceptional fisherman who loved spending time at his Cypremort Point camp.

Mr. St. Germain is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary Lee Martin St. Germain of Jeanerette; his son, Glenn J. St. Germain and wife Lisa of Jeanerette; his daughters, Stephanie M. LeBlanc and husband J. of Lydia; Donna M. St. Germain of Jeanerette and Lisa M. Hebert and husband Richard of New Iberia; his sister, Anita S. Hebert of Kiln, MS ;grandchildren, Josh St. Germain and wife Brandy of Jeanerette; Heith St. Germain and wife Tara of Jeanerette; Matthew St. Germain and wife Danielle of New Iberia; Jason St. Germain of Jeanerette; Stephanie Pellerin and husband Brock of New Iberia; Jordan Hebert of Jeanerette; Amanda Hebert and companion Rusty Cooper and Taylor Hebert, all of New Iberia; great-grandchildren Noah, Luke, Ethan, Kourtni, Karleigh and Kiptyn St. Germain, all of Jeanerette; Peyton Cooper and Ahni Pellerin, both of New Iberia and numerous neices and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Amar St. Germain, his mother, Anaise Mendoza, step-father, Shellie Cutrer, sister, Evelyn S. Aucoin and brothers, Herman, Willard and Daniel St. Germain.

Serving as pallbearers will be Josh, Heith, Matthew and Jason St. Germain, Jordan Hebert and Dennis Aucoin, Sr.

Honorary pallbearers will be George Derise, Richard Hebert, J. LeBlanc, Coy Fitch, Brock Pellerin and Rusty Cooper.
