Nettie Humble Aldredge

New Iberia- Nettie Aldredge, 93, formerly of New Iberia, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, July 2 ^nd , 2013, in Midland, Texas, where she has resided for 7 years.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 6 ^th , 2013, 10:00 a.m., at David Funeral Home, with Reverend Ed Downs of First Baptist Church to officiate the service. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will begin on Saturday July 6, 2013 from 9:00am until service time.

Nettie was born on August 8, 1919, in Crowley, Louisiana, to Cleveland and Mary Humble. She attended Nederland High School. On December 31, 1939, Nettie married Ferma P. Aldredge. They celebrated 47 years of marriage until Fermas death October 20, 1986. Nettie was also preceded in death by her parents, Cleveland and Mary Humble, as well as 8 brothers and sisters.

Nettie was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Iberia until she relocated to Midland, Texas, in 2006, then moved her letter to the First Baptist Church of Midland.

Nettie is survived by daughters Janet A. Pritchard Williamson of Watson, LA.; Susan Fulfer and husband Jay, of Midland, TX; and son Tom Aldredge and wife, Suzanne, of Brigham City, UT. Nettie had 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Grandchildren are: Kim P. Taylor and husband Bobby, of Watson, LA; Robby Pritchard and wife, Decky, of Watson, LA; Janna F. Hofman and husband Ray, of Midland, TX; Jodi F. Avis and husband Andrew, of Houston, TX; Michael Aldredge of Shreveport, LA; and

Morgan Aldredge and wife, Tommi, of Brigham City, UT.
