Lafayette -Funeral Services for Jean H. Albrecht, 63, will be held at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 2:00PM with The Heart of Hospice Chaplain officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28, 2013 from 4:30PM until 9:00PM and will resume Saturday morning at 11:00AM until just prior to service time at the funeral home. Interment will be at a later date. Mrs. Albrecht passed away on June 26, 2013 due to lung cancer, diagnosed on May 1st of this year; at her home under the care of Heart of Hospice and her two daughters. Jean is survived by her two daughters, Brenda Menard and her husband, Edward of New Iberia, LA and Carolyn Mann and her husband, Kevin of Broussard, LA; Beloved Grandchild, Justin Mann of Broussard, LA and Loving Brother, David Hamilton and his wife, Judy of Dothan, AL. She was preceded in death by the Love of Her Life and her much missed husband,, Irvin Edward Albrecht who passed away September 17, 2005; and her parents, Lloyd Hamilton and Lillian Sharp Hamilton.
