Abbeville " Funeral Services for Mrs. Roy Roberts the former Belinda Meaux, 60, will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, July 5, 2013 at David Funeral Home Chapel of Abbeville with Byron Solo officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Friday, July 5, 2013 from 10:00AM until the time of the services with the recitation of the rosary at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at St. Mary Magdalan Cemetery. A native and lifelong resident of Abbeville Mrs. Roberts died at 11:53AM on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Heart Hospital of Lafayette. She was known for her enjoyment of fishing, Cooking, playing card, and have a good time. She is survived by her husband, Roy L. Roberts of Abbeville; and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bradley and Edna Dubois Meaux Serving as pallbearers will be Paul Cessac, Logan Cessac, Jeffery Cessac, and Roy L. Roberts.
