Memorial services will be held for Warren Robert Hebert (Warm), 77 on Saturday, July 13, 2013, in David Funeral Home Chapel in Lafayette, at 10:30AM. Visitation will be held in David Funeral Home Chapel, on Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 9:00AM until time of service. The service will be officiated by Father Keith Landry. Mr. Hebert was retired from the State of Louisiana DOTD as a machinist, he was a member of the Lion's Club, Knights of Columbus, Youngsville Volunteer Fire Department, and coached Little League and boy's baseball for years. At the time of his death, he was the cross guard at Youngsville Middle School. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Dean C. Hebert of Youngsville one son, Kenneth Hebert of Carencro, three step-sons, Todd Trahan of Youngsville, Glenn Trahan of Youngsville, John Ray Trahan and his wife, Tanya of Scott, one step-daughter, Monica Abshire and her husband, Dean, from Youngsville, two brothers Charles Hebert and his wife Lucy of Coteau, and Roland Hebert and his wife, Ella Mae of Youngsville, eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Aline Trahan Hebert, one sister, Maudrey Sonnier Champagne, and a nephew Randell Sonnier. David Funeral Home of Lafayette, 316 Youngsville Highway, (337) 837-9887 will be in charge of the arrangements.
