Emmarine Broussard Morvant

A native and resident of Erath, Mrs. Morvant died Sunday September 29, 2013 at Vermillion Health Care. Mrs. Morvant was a loving mother and grandmother who loved babysitting, playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children Ronald Morvant, Errol Morvant, Bonnie Cheramie and her husband Johnny, Cynthia Ardoin and her husband Burke, Leon Morvant and his wife Sharon, Christine Frederick and her husband Thomas, Leo Morvant Jr. and Katri Morvant; her four grandchildren Jacob Primeaux, Trent Thibodeaux, Alicia Primeaux, and Terrance Thibodeaux; step grandchildren Austin and Samara Frederick and Natasha and Christopher Duplantis; and one great granddaughter Addison Primeaux; two step grandsons Mason and Matthew Duplantis.

Mrs. Morvant was preceded in death by her husband Leo Morvant Sr.; her parents Emile and Delzire Schexnayder Broussard; and two brothers David Broussard, Purvis Broussard, and one sister Merlyn Broussard Lange; and a step granddaughter London Duplantis.
