Betty Derouen Dupuis

New Iberia- Funeral Services for Mrs. Titus Dupuis, the former Betty Lou Derouen, age 83, will be conducted on Monday October 14, 2013 at 4:00pm at David Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ronnie Perkins officiating. Interment will follow at Beau Pre Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Monday October 14, 2013 from 8:30am until service time. A native of Weeks Island and resident of Jeanerette, Mrs. Dupuispassed away on Saturday October 12, 2013 at 11:42am at a local nursing facility. Mrs. Dupuis was a homemaker and a member of the Lydia Pentecostal Church. Mrs. Dupuis is survived by her sons, Miles Dupuis and wife Bonita of New Iberia, Ricky Dupuis and wife Chick of Jeanerette, Clint Dupuis of Lafayette; daughters, Melissa Uli and husband Patrick of New Iberia, Tabitha Hebert of Patoutville, brother, Beverly Derouen and wife Ora Mae of New Iberia; sister, Elsie Charpentier of Jeanerette; 11 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Titus Dupuis; parents, Lawrence Sr. and Odelle Borel Derouen; brother, Lawrence Derouen Jr.; and grandson, Nicholas Hebert. Pallbearers will be Ricky Dupuis, James Ainsworth, Jacob Dupuis, Chad Segura, Joshua Dupuis, and Orest Toucheck. Honorary pallbearer is Joseph Bramande.
