Lafayette " Funeral Services for Ms. Beverly Ann Lorenzo, 69, will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at David funeral Home Chapel of Lafayette with Pastor Dwayne Williams officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 9:00AM until the time of the services. Interment will follow at Lafayette Memorial park Cemetery. A native of Franklin and a resident of Lafayette Ms. Lorenzo died at 9:00PM on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at her residence. She was known for her enjoyment of sewing, working puzzles, and being with family and friends, especially Jackie. She is survived by a son, Chad Landry of Thibodaux; a daughter, Michelle L. Bowers and her husband Scott of Lafayette; five brothers, Joseph A. Lorenzo, III, Mike Lorenzo, Gary Lorenzo, Rick Lorenzo, and Mark Lorenzo; five sisters, Brenda Boudreaux, Carolyn Sauce, Linda Scully, Sandra Sakwa, and Sara Krilla; five grandchildren, Tayla L. Landry and her husband Derrick, Marisa Kelehan and her husband Travis, Chase Landry, Kylie Rae Landry, and Trey Bowers; and one great grandchild, Parker Landry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray P. Landry; her parents, Joseph A. Lorenzo, Jr. and Louise Navarre Lorenzo; and a sister, Cheryl Lorenzo. Serving as pallbearers will be members of the family. The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the family to cover expenses.
