New Iberia " Memorial services will be held at a later date for Mrs. Sidney Rogers the former Anna Kirby, age 74, who died Sunday, November 3, 2013, at 12:15 AM in a New Iberia hospital.

Mrs. Rogers is survived by her children, Howard Rogers of New Iberia, Amy R. Callahan and her husband John of Jay, FL, John Rogers of Swanton, VT, Laura R. Caldwell and her husband Keith of Brusly; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; her brothers, Harry Kirby of Perry, GA, Sim Kirby, Jr. of Lake City, FL, James Kirby of Starke, FL, Robert Kirby of Swainsboro, GA, William Kirby of Lake City, FL, Clifford Kirby of Lake City, FL and her sister, Josephine Leclair of Lake City, FL .

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Rogers: her parents, Sim Kirby, Sr. and Mary Bullock Kirby and her son, Eddie Rogers.
