New Iberia - Memorial services will be conducted for Victor Anthony Elias, Jr., 90, at a later date. A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Elias passed away on Monday April 7, 2014, at 7:30 PM in a New Iberia health care facility. He servered in the US Navy during WWII aboard the aircraft carrier USS Altamaha. He is survived by his brother, Raymond J. Elias and his wife Grace D. of New Iberia; Nieces, Sheryl Elias Verret and her husband Mark of New Iberia; Freda Elias Rentrop and her husband Kim of New Iberia; Great Nephews, Jonathan Rentrop and his wife Nicole of New Iberia; Timothy Rentrop and his wife Diana of Santa Fe, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Ozenne Elias; parents, Victor Anthony Elias, Sr. and Alice Jones Elias.
