Erath - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Mrs. Joseph CB Vincent, the former Edez Perrin, 94, at 3:00PM on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at St. John Catholic Church in Henry with Fr. Manny Fernandez officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Erath on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 from 9:00AM until the time of service. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Cemetery. A native and resident of Henry, Mrs. Vincent was a member of St. John Catholic Church Altar Society, a religion teacher, a member of Vermilion Parish Home Demonstration team, and a member of the Erath Demi Tasse Club. She loved her Catholic Faith and was an outstanding cook and loved to garden. She is survived by three sons, Charles Vincent and his wife Penny of Abbeville, Douglas Vincent and his wife Jackie of Erath, and Donald Vincent and his wife Ann of Erath; one brother, Jonas Perrin of Henry; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph CB Vincent; her parents Henry and Leta Broussard Perrin; and two brothers, Wesley Perrin and Lolly "Bud" Perrin. Pallbearers will be Todd Vincent, Joseph Vincent, Dustin Vincent, Warren Perrin, Randall Perrin, and Van LeMaire. Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Vincent, Julie Vincent Bradley, Kristy Vincent Rivet, Jill Vincent, Brittney Vincent, Tristan Vincent, Kate Vincent, Isabella Vincent, Kelley Vincent ,and Brock Rivet. David Funeral Home of Erath, 209 East Putnam Street, (337) 937-0405 will be handling the arrangements.
