Lafayette-A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, June 2, 2014 for Mr. Paul Frederick "T-Paul" LeBlanc, 77, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Broussard with Father Bill Ruskoski officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Lafayette beginning Sunday, June 1, 2014 at 10:00AM until 9:00PM and will resume on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 8:00AM until time of service. A recitation of the rosary will be held on Sunday evening at 6 PM in the David Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Mausoleum. Paul was a native and lifelong resident of Broussard, La. He retired in 1999 as a locomotive engineer with Union Pacific Railroad. He also owned and operated Paul's Air and Hydraulics in Broussard. He was a devoted father, a loving husband and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Priscilla "Bootsie" Stelly LeBlanc of Broussard; one son Stephen Mitchell LeBlanc and his companion Lori Johnson of Broussard; two daughters Dena LeBlanc Denbo and her husband, Blaine of Yorktown, Texas, and Tracie Leblanc Bourque, and her husband, Gervis, Jr. of New Iberia; his mother-in law, Ida Stelly; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, May Broussard Le Blanc and Maurice Adolph LeBlanc of Broussard. Pallbearers will be his six grandchildren, Jacob LeBlanc, Matthew Champagne, Brittney LeBlanc, Chelsea Denbo, Zach LeBlanc, and Luke LeBlanc. The family would like to acknowledge Mrs. Julie Babino for her devoted care to "Mr. T-Paul". We love you Julie and are so very grateful for the abundant sunshine you brought to all of us.
