Nola Breaux Marceaux

Abbeville - A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Robert Marceaux the former Nola Jeannine Breaux will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at St. Theresa Catholic Church with Fr. Keith Landry officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Monday, June 9, 2014 beginning at 4:00PM and will remain open all night until the time of services. There will be a recitation of the rosary at 7:00PM on Monday, June 9, 2014. Interment will follow at Petry Cemetery. A native of Crowley and a resident of Maurice Mrs. Marceaux died at 5:38AM on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at her residence. She was an avid fisher and enjoyed camping and dancing. She and her husband played baseball with several teams through the years. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert Lee Marceaux of Maurice; two sons, Todd J. Marceaux and his wife Rebecca of Erath and Robert K. Marceaux and his fiancée Nycole Castello of Maurice; two daughters, Loretta Blanch Marceaux and her fiancée Kevin Lamb of Maurice and Sheila Ann Marceaux of Erath; a brother, Samuel Charles Breaux of Kaplan; three sisters, Debra B. Trahan of Maurice, Anna B. Scott of Grand Lake, and Rebecca B. LaSalle of Kaplan; seven grandchildren, Kristopher Gaudin, Kaitlyn Marceaux, Natoshia Haliey, Jeanne' Allen, Brailen Marceaux, Shailey Marceaux, and Aiden Lamb; and three great grandchildren, Alayiah Hailey , Kierra Allen, and Rebecca Allen. She was preceded in death by her parents, Murphy G. Breaux and Maudrey Guillory Breaux; and a brother, Harris Paul Breaux. Serving as pallbearers will be Kris Gaudin, John Trahan, Jr., Cory Trahan, Shane Marceaux, Craig Touchet, and Bryan Trahan. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Viator and Brailen Marceaux.
