New Iberia - Funeral services will be conducted for Nancy Woodburn Guidry, 62, on Friday, June 13, 2014, at 2:00 PM in the David Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Theo Landry officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, June 13, 2014, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Born in Auburn, AL and a resident of Broussard, Mrs. Guidry died on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 11:01 AM at her residence. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and loved animals. Her grandson, Landon, was the love of her life. She is survived by her husband, Raymond J. Guidry of Broussard; her daughter, Sara Alyn Guidry; her grandson, Landon Jon Broussard both of Lafayette; her siblings, Chris Massett of Slidell, Donald Woodburn of Foley, AL, Robert Woodburn of New Iberia, Phyllis Hasling of Lafayette and Patrick Woodburn of New Iberia and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. A. A. "Woody" Woodburn and Evelyn Arheart Woodburn. Pallbearers will be Robert, Donald and Patrick Woodburn, Allen Guidry, Charlie Begnaud and Derek Landry. Honorary pallbearer will be Zollie Guidry.
