Leonard Roland Vitello

Abbeville - Funeral services will be held for Mr. Leonard Roland Vitello, 92, on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 2:00PM in the David Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ed Maggard officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 10:00AM until the time of service. Burial will follow in St. Paul Mausoleum. Mr. Vitello a native and lifelong resident of Abbeville passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at the Heart Hospital of Lafayette. Mr. Vitello owned and operated a TV and Radio repair business all of his adult life. He was affectionately called Mr. TV man. Mr. Vitello was a loving father and grandfather and will be missed by all. He is survived by his daughter, Peggy Vitello Anderson and her husband Robert of Lafayette; grandson Sean G. Anderson of Lafayette, granddaughter, Lauren A. Auverset of Lafayette; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Velta Primeaux, a son David Glenn Vitello, parents Joseph and Jeanette Mazzerolle Vitello, two brothers and five sisters. Pallbearers will be Robert Anderson, Sean Anderson, Lamson Guidry, Charles Maggard, Lucas LeBaron, and Kristian Lege.
