Youngsville - Memorial Service for Mrs. Ellen M. Androvett, 77, will be held at a later date. Native of New York, NY and a resident of Youngsville Mrs. Androvett died at 2:13PM on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at a Lafayette Hospital. She retired after working for Meche's Donut for over 35 Years. She was also known for her love for her family. She is survived by three daughters, Debbie McPherson of Lake Wales, FL, Vicki Hursey of Youngsville, and Sandi Daigle of Lafayette; six grandchildren, Brad McPherson, Dawn McPherson, Tasha Bertrand, Shane Hursey, Amanda Hursey, and Robert Bertrand, II; fifteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Lillian Marshal Androvett; and four sisters, Dorothy Androvett, Helen Gutterez, Lilian Trahan, and Judy Duhon. David Funeral Home of Lafayette at 316 Youngsville Hwy (337)837-9887 will be handling the arrangements.
