New Iberia --A memorial service and Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help on Staurday, September 20, 2014 at 11 a.m. for Wilton Joseph LeBlanc, 75, also known as "Red","T-Foo" and "LuLu". He died on September 5, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. at his home. A lifelong resident of New Iberia, he was born to Noleus and Edith LeBlanc, on December 21, 1938, in Delcambre. He retired as a crane operator for 25 years and then a car runner for multiple car dealerships in New Iberia. He is survived in life by his wife of 56 years, Margaret LeBlanc; his sister Cheryl L. Chauvin; children Darren LeBlanc and his wife Stephanie Ellender LeBlanc, Balisa Viator and her husband, Ricky Viator, and Mark LeBlanc and his wife, Wendy Parsons LeBlanc. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren Shelly LeBlanc, Brittany LeBlanc, Grant Viator, Rick Viator, Beth Viator, Bret Viator,Gerald and Mandy Viator, Gwen and Marlin Haynes, Lucy and Rex Angelle, Zachary LeBlanc, Alexis LeBlanc, and Joshua LeBlanc; and seven great-grandchildren Reily Viator, Ethan Viator, Mia Haynes, Marlin Haynes Jr., Jordan Angelle, Briel Angelle and Jaxson Cronin. He was preceded in death by both of his parents; his sisters Hilda L. Barrilleaux and Gloria L. Baudoin; and his brother Kerman LeBlanc. A small get together to celebrate his life will take place at his home after the service. He was loved by many and a stranger to no one he met.
