Baldwin- Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Huey Carline, the former Anna Mae Tabb, age 75, on Friday October 17, 2014 at David Funeral Home of Jeanerette at 2:00pm with Brother Bobby Hodnet to serve as the Celebrant with musical accompaniment by Janet Sinitere. Interment will follow at Loisel Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Thursday October 16, 2014 at 5:00pm and conclude at 9:00pm. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00am Friday morning and visitation will be held until service time. A native of Glencoe, and resident of Baldwin, Mrs. Carline passed away on Wednesday October 15, 2014 at 4:45am at a Lafayette hospital. Mrs. Carline enjoyed visiting with family and friends, joking around, and loved watching wrestling on TV. She was a wonderful cook and was known for her amazing beans. Her family will always remember her feisty attitude, how she always said what was on her mind, and how she loved to have a good time. She was loved by many especially her nieces and nephews and grandchildren, but none more so than her beloved husband which she affectionately called "Honey". Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 58 years, Huey Carline; son, Larry Carline and wife Stacy of Addis, La; grandchildren, Cody and Aimee Carline both of Addis, La; brothers, Curtis Tabb and companion Marjorie Guillotte of Baldwin, Howard Tabb Sr. and wife Sandra of Baldwin; sister-in-law, Eva Moore and husband Linden of Baldwin; brothers-in-law, George Carlin Jr. and wife Pam of Baldwin, Woodrow Carlin and companion Kathy Primeaux of Bayou Vista; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Eva Naquin Tabb; grandson, Adam Carline; brothers, Sidney Tabb, Richard Tabb Sr., Claude Tabb; brothers-in-law Berle Carline, Clifton Carline; Eldridge Carline; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Borel, Lydia Duke, Patricia Kelley, Verna Harrison; and numerous nieces and nephews Serving as Pallbearers will be Claude Tabb, Gary Louviere, Howard Tabb Jr., David Tabb, Woodrow Carlin, and Charles Kelley Honorary Pallbearers will be Cody Carline and Marcus Tabb.
